Our History
Campbell and Associates LLC was established in 2018 by Christiaan Campbell to provide an alternative to regular consulting approaches for service providers in Indiana. In 2020, he was joined by Kathrynne (Ari) Campbell to add Executive Coaching to assist individual employees and teams to be the best they can be. We believe that real and lasting change is the product of solid practices embraced by solid people. Both are necessary.
Our Mission
Our belief is that the complexity of the disability services industry, especially during times of change and upheaval, cannot be addressed through “big picture” strategic planning alone. In an environment that is heavily regulated, improvements in staffing, revenue, efficiency, and other high-impact areas usually lay in the details. Strategic Planning sets the direction and the mission. Operations Planning and targeted consulting creates the paths and milestones along the way.
Campbell and Associates does more than make recommendations. We dig deep into the issues, identify key actions that can make incremental improvements, and estimate how much impact the suggested course of action will make. We then develop detailed implementation plans with clear performance measures. Finally, at the client’s option, we will lead or assist with implementation through completion of the project.
